Summary
Seeking candidate to assist with sourcing tasks, including fabric purchasing, and support sweater development for our signature Women’s Apparel Line (no remote work).
Responsibilities
- 
                                                
Requires excellent communication, time management and multitasking skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where on-time delivery is a must.
 - 
                                                
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
 - 
                                                
Responsible for fabric purchasing and managing and creating purchase orders, including calculating all yardages needed per style.
 - 
                                                
Manage purchasing activities including costing, tracking and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records before and after purchase.
 - 
                                                
Daily email communication with overseas vendors for tracking status, costing, and all aspects of development.
 - 
                                                
Enter and maintain status updates for each style; perform daily tracking of goods to ensure timely delivery.
 - 
                                                
Work with designers and suppliers to develop sweaters.
 - 
                                                
Ensure suppliers receive prompt approvals and feedback.
 
Required Experience

Proficient in Math
 -                                 
                                                
Must have excellent computer skills – Excel and Word as well as other reporting tools. PLM and NetSuite ERP Solution are a plus.
 -                                 
                                                
The ability to work very independently as well as work with designers, management and external suppliers to meet the company’s standards.
 -                                 
                                                
Must have understanding to carry out instructions furnished orally and in writing.
 -                                 
                                                
Must have strong oral & written communication skills.
 -                                 
                                                
Must have relevant work experience.
