While prices vary depending on the items you’re looking for, many of our products are available at low or discounted prices. If you’re looking for the price of a specific item, all Hamrick’s locations have sales representatives available to assist you in store.

Every Tuesday is Senior Citizen’s Day at Hamrick’s. All seniors (60+) receive 10% off their entire purchase, excluding WOW sale items.

All Hamrick’s locations are open Monday – Saturday from 9am – 9pm. We currently have stores in the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Virginia. Please visit our locations page to find a store near you.

While we do not have plans to open any new stores at this time, the Hamrick family and team are always on the lookout for new locations. Should a new store open in the future, we will announce it on Facebook and Instagram, so make sure to follow along!

As a thank you to those who serve our country, we offer special discounts for military personnel at select times throughout the year.

Yes. All stores offer dressing rooms for our shoppers.

While encouraged, masks/facial coverings are not required in our stores at this time.

Rewards Program

Hamrick’s FREE loyalty program offers rewards on every purchase! Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Spend $100 (pre-tax) and receive $4 in More Rewards to be used at any of our stores, excluding the Cherokee Avenue location.

No. Hamrick’s More Loyalty Rewards Program is free for anyone interested in saving money on future purchases.

No, you do not need a physical More Card to earn points and redeem rewards. Our sales associates will use the phone number listed on your account to locate your information in our system. This phone number will also be your new member number.

Current More Card holders with valid account information will be automatically registered for our new and improved Hamrick’s More Loyalty Rewards Program. Our sales associates will use the phone number listed on your account to locate your information in our system. This phone number will also be your new member number. Past transactions will not be applied to your new Hamrick’s loyalty program account.

Simply visit any Hamrick’s store location to sign up at the register or sign up online. Click on the “More Rewards” link to sign up for free. Once you do, you will receive a confirmation email. Please be sure to verify all information on your account is correct in order to receive this email.

Every time you shop with us, simply provide the phone number associated with your account and your transaction amount will be applied to your More Loyalty Rewards Program account. The more you shop with us, the more points you receive!

For every $100 spent (pre-tax), receive $4 in More Rewards to be used at any of our stores, excluding the Cherokee Avenue location. Points are calculated after all discounts are applied but before tax and cannot be earned on gift card purchases. Points will be added to your account within 24 hours of your purchase.

When you reach 100 points, you will receive an email notification and have 30 days to use your More Rewards before they expire. Any returns will result in a deduction of the amount of points earned on the original purchase in your account.

Once you reach 100 points, you will receive a notification email from the Hamrick’s More Loyalty Rewards Program. Your rewards will also be available on Hamrick’s mobile app. If you received multiple $4 More Loyalty Rewards, you may opt to use them all in one transaction. NO cash back will be given when using your More Loyalty Rewards and you can only use each coupon once. You cannot use your rewards points on the purchase of a Hamrick’s gift card. Once you receive your rewards, you have 30 days before the coupon expires.

First, be sure to check the trash and spam folders associated with the email on your account. Some email filters may block Hamrick’s notifications, so please be sure to add (Hamrick’s email address) to your contact list. If you cannot locate the email, please verify your information is correct in your Hamrick’s More Loyalty Rewards Program account. If you still do not receive the email, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the problem. You can also check your account information through our mobile app or in store at the register.

From a desktop or device without the app, click on the Rewards link to sign in to your account. From there, you should be able to see all account information and rewards. This information is also available on our mobile app. Simply open the Hamrick’s app and log in to view your points, rewards, and transaction history. Select “My Wallet” to see when your rewards expire.

Click on the Rewards link to sign in to your account. You can also update this information on our mobile app or at the register in any Hamrick’s store location.

You can download Hamrick’s mobile app on your smartphone in Apple’s App Store or Google’s Play Store.

If we did not have a phone number associated with your More Card or if your account information was incomplete, you may have been removed from our system. Moving forward, your phone number will be your member number in our new and improved More Loyalty Rewards Program. You can re-register online, on the mobile app, or in store at any Hamrick’s location.

Gift Cards

Hamrick’s gift cards can be purchased in the balance of your choosing at any Hamrick’s store location.

No, Hamrick’s gift cards do not expire. However, it is important to note that the value of your gift card can depreciate over an extended period of time. After 24 consecutive months without use, a dormant certificate fee of $2/month will be deducted from the remaining balance.

Hamrick’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. However, if you misplace your gift card while shopping at one of our stores, simply call that location and a customer service representative will be happy to check our lost and found for you.

Purchases & Returns

Applies to purchases made in store only. Does not include on-line purchases.

Hamrick’s will happily return or exchange any item within 60 days from date of purchase that is unused and in original packaging. Present your receipt to any cashier for a speedy transaction.

No. Returns of unused product in the original packaging can be returned without a receipt when accompanied by a valid ID. The return will be processed in the form of a store credit at the current sale price.

You may be asked to provide acceptable identification on any return and we reserve the right to deny any refund/exchange.

Yes. Any returns will result in a deduction of the amount of points earned on the original purchase in your account.

Hamrick’s strives to offer top quality product at low prices! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please speak with a member of management to discuss available options.

No. If you are not fully satisfied with an item, you can return it to any Hamrick’s store location.

Bus Week

Hamrick’s Bus Week is a special event held 2-3 times a year for bus groups or vans to shop and receive special discounts. Each Bus Week starts on Monday and ends on Saturday. In order to qualify for a discount, your group must have 11 or more passengers at the time of arrival. All Hamrick’s store locations participate in Bus Week.

For groups of 11 or more people, Bus Week dates are typically announced at the beginning of each year and happen in March, September, and December.

Reserve your group (of 11 or more) for a specific date and store location. We will greet your group upon arrival and answer any questions and hand out your coupons.

You may sign up online or call (864) 487-7505 to register.

Each passenger in your group of 11 or more will receive a coupon for 10% off their entire purchase upon arrival. This coupon can be applied to every item in store, excluding gift card purchases. Your group’s host and driver will also receive a special one-day coupon each for use on the day of your visit.

The following are special one-day coupons offered to hosts and drivers…

  • 11-20 passengers: $20 coupon
  • 21-40 passengers: $30 coupon
  • 41-100 passengers: $40 coupon
  • Driver Discount Coupon: $20 (for all groups of 11 or more)

These discounts must be used on the day of the visit.
