Summary
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards across all apparel products. This role ensures compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards while working closely with product development, manufacturing, and vendors.
Responsibilities

Develop and enforce apparel quality standards and inspection procedures.

Oversee fit, construction, fabric performance, and final garment quality.

Manage factory audits and vendor compliance programs.

Review test reports, inspection results, and corrective actions.

Identify root causes of quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Partner with Product Development and Production teams.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Train internal teams and vendors on quality expectations.
Qualifications
-
5 + years of apparel quality assurance or technical design experience.

Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and fit.

Experience working with domestic and overseas factories.

Familiarity with AQL standards, testing protocols, and audits.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Experience

Retail or private-label apparel.

Experience in mass production environments.

Background in compliance or factory auditing.
