Summary
We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior NetSuite professional to help lead and support our evolving technology stack across NetSuite ERP and Oracle Retail platforms. This role will be critical in bridging system operations across finance, merchandising, planning, and customer engagement, and will support strategic initiatives including SuiteCommerce, budgeting, implementation, and systems integration.
Responsibilities

Lead and support the end-to-end use of NetSuite ERP, including: Financials (GL, AP, AR) Merchandising and item management Budgeting and Planning (NetSuite Planning & Budgeting) Projects and SuiteCommerce

Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors during system enhancement and implementation projects.

Oversee and support integrations with Oracle XStore and Oracle Retail Customer Engagement (ORCE) platforms.

Manage and execute data migrations, API configurations, and custom integrations using ETL/ETF tools and web services.

Support system improvement projects — scoping, configuring, testing, and documenting changes.

Work closely with business units on reporting, process optimization, and issue resolution.

Develop functional requirements and technical specs for enhancements, workflows, and automations.

Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for ERP and related systems.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, with deep understanding of SuiteCommerce, Financials, and Inventory/Merchandising
-
Hands-on experience with Oracle XStore, Oracle Retail Customer Engagement (ORCE), and retail systems integration
-
Experience leading or heavily supporting ERP implementations or large-scale module rollouts

Proficient in ETL/ETF tools, API integrations, and data migration best practices

Strong understanding of accounting, retail workflows, and item lifecycle management
-
Proven ability to collaborate across departments (finance, merchandising, IT, eCommerce)

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB)

Familiarity with retail loyalty, pricing, or promotions in XStore or ORCE

Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, and dashboard building

Previous experience in off-price retail or multi-location retail environments
